Tawnya sold two properties for us... She understood the unique particulars of each property and neighborhood. She marketed aggressively to target buyers. The first place she sold was a 4th floor walk up condo during a dreadfully hot summer. I was getting frustrated as we had lots of traffic and positive feedback but few second sowings.
